I'm no stranger to health struggles. In dental school, it became apparent that my constant migraines and high-level of fatigue WAS. NOT. NORMAL.
I began working closely with a chiropractor that specialized in kinesiology, herbology, nutrition, emotion, and genetics. I was hooked as I began to feel relief, energy even, and understand my body and the challenges it had been hit with for years and was now facing in my chosen profession.
I had no idea when I chose dentistry, what I would be exposed to and relying on my body to balance and detox daily. I found myself finishing dental school, residency and working my first job for Indian Health Services, all while pursuing my passion for wellness, consciousness, whole body healing and optimization, because I cannot see how you do one without the other.
Through my challenges and discovering a gap in dentistry that considers whole body health, emotional impact, and environmental exposure my path became VERY clear.
I knew I could provide a safer, more comprehensive version of dental care to my patients that took into account their dental/medical/physical/emotional history, current state and wellness goals to truly optimize their health journey, all while minimizing environmental impact.
As my journey has elevated and I’ve been involved in the evolution of health for many, I find great connection with people, the earth, my roots in Alaska and all that nature can provide for optimal wellness, from grounding, to sustenance and healing potential.
This is highly personal work for me. I'm hoping to create a new way of doing an old thing. Our bodies, minds and planet deserve more care, connection and consideration. It is my honor to be a part of your wellness journey.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I'm a true fitness, adventure and food lover!
I'm most passionate about weight lifting, long walks with my dog Lucy, snowboarding, waterskiing, and cooking.
Health has always been at the top of my priority list and after entering the dental field, I found myself most aligned with wholistic dentistry.
I have been thriving in this unique field, building relationships, gaining an expansive wellness knowledge, and enhancing my skills and patient interactions since 2017.
My greatest passion professionally is to help people with their overall health journey through proper care and eduction.
Born and raised in Washington, I love the PNW and all the amazing beauty it holds.
Most of my days are spent in Mukilteo going on long walks by the water, cooking, baking and spending lots of time with my family and friends.
I’m a big coffee lover and love to spend time at nearby coffee shops catching up with friends, reading or journaling. I’m also an avid traveler and enjoy going to concerts in my free time.
I’ve lived a holistic lifestyle since I was a teen-always interested in learning new ways of living. With my own health struggles over the years I have made a lot of changes in my personal life to heal some of these issues internally. I am dedicated to this way of life and am very excited to learn and do more in the world of holistic dentistry.
I am very devoted to people and helping take care of their needs. I have a passion for ensuring every patient feels comfortable, well-informed, and at ease when they are in the dental chair. I’ve loved being an RDA since 2019 and I am eager to grow, learn and do more at WDC!
With roots in Washington and upbringing on a small island in the heart of Southeast Alaska, my childhood was shaped by a love for nature and passion for helping others. Growing up in the Kake Alaska, known for its breathtaking beauty, taught me the value of community. My childhood was spent between commercial and recreational fishing with my family, and other outdoor adventures.
Upon returning to Washington with my family, we continue to embrace outdoor exploration with the company our two dogs. My professional background boasts over seven years within the healthcare sector, encompassing experiences in a day spa, medical spa and general dentistry setting.
My role as a parent has inspired me to want to explore deeper into the benefits of holistic health, recognizing the profound impact that dietary choices have on my child's health and behavior. I am thrilled to be joining the Wholistic Dental Care Team and am excited to learn more about holistic dental care while pursuing my passion for helping others.
I'm originally from San Clemente, California, I spent most of my life growing up at the beach or in the water. Two years ago, I made the exciting move to Washington to embrace both the mountains and the serene coastline. Now, I'm finding that this beautiful state is quickly becoming my home.
With a background in biomedical science and dental hygiene, my journey in the dental field began in high school as a dental assistant, and I’ve been dedicated to expanding my expertise ever since. I furthered my education in Arizona and recently immersed myself in holistic dentistry, driven by my personal interest in holistic women’s health.
Most days you’ll find me in the kitchen baking sourdough or cooking. I also love hanging out with my two pups, Zeke and Bella. I have a passion for snowboarding and the outdoors, always seeking new adventures.
My life goal has always been to help others and make a difference. Dentistry allows me to help my patients feel more confident about their oral health and contribute to their overall well-being. Each patient presents a unique challenge, and I’m passionate about treating their individual needs. I truly care about every patient I see and am dedicated to continuing to learn more about holistic dentistry to better serve my patients.
